In an interview with ANI, Anurag Basu confirmed that although filming hasn't started yet, preparations are well underway, with the pre-production phase in full swing. He emphasized that everything is being set up for the shoot, which will begin in the coming month. Anurag Basu also reflected on the global recognition of the film industry during an interview. He mentioned the differences between Indian cinema and Korean films, noting that while Bollywood is slowly getting international attention, it still has a long way to go compared to the global reach that the Korean film industry has achieved. He highlighted that mainstream Bollywood films are primarily targeted at the Indian audience and the diaspora, unlike Korean cinema, which has gained a wider global following.
