Directed by Tanushree Das and Saumyananda Sahi, Baksho Bondi is set in a quiet suburb of Kolkata and centers on Maya, portrayed by Tillotama Shome. The narrative follows Maya's journey as she discovers that her husband, a former soldier suffering from PTSD, is the prime suspect in a murder investigation. With her family at risk, Maya and her teenage son must go to extreme lengths to keep their lives intact.
